WHAT LEASING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer 5-13 month leases.
DO YOU OFFER INDIVIDUAL LEASES OR CO-LIVING?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
We offer a deposit alternative. Please contact our office for details!
IS RENTER'S INSURANCE REQUIRED?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Bridgeview provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
CAN THE APARTMENT BE SUBLET OR LISTED ON SHORT-TERM RENTAL PLATFORMS LIKE AIRBNB AND VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE CLUBHOUSE?
9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE FITNESS CENTER?
The fitness center is open 24/7.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE POOL?
The pool is open from 9AM-9PM.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR THE BUSINESS CENTER?
The business center is open during business hours.
HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGES/DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
ARE BBQ GRILLS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we offer two gas grilling stations.
DO YOU OFFER VALET TRASH SERVICE?
Yes, we offer valet trash services.
WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?
We are a smoke-free community.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Yes, Rise Bridgeview is a pet-friendly community.

We offer Decal Parking. Two cars per apartment. We also offer guest parking.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES AND FEATURES DOES THE KITCHEN HAVE?
Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
DO KITCHEN SINKS HAVE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL?
Yes, our kitchen sinks have garbage disposals.
